Job Profile.
Conduct research to identify engaging, industry-relevant topics and analyse recent trends to ensure alignment with the brand’s strategic objectives.
Develop and manage a comprehensive social media calendar, outlining optimal posting times, key dates, and socially relevant occasions to maximise engagement.
Create, shoot, and edit high-quality content for social media platforms, the company website, and promotional materials, maintaining a consistent and professional brand image.
Leverage expertise in design and editing tools such as Canva, Snapseed, VN, and other software to produce visually compelling and impactful content.
Ensure the timely creation, publication, and posting of content as per the planned schedule.
Address customer enquiries promptly and professionally, fostering trust and positive relationships with the audience.
Actively engage with the online community by responding to comments, initiating meaningful conversations with followers, and collaborating with artists and brand ambassadors.
Research and incorporate trending hashtags and emerging social media trends to expand content reach and improve engagement.
Maintain a proactive and approachable presence across all platforms, ensuring consistent and effective communication with the audience.
Product Catalogue.
The company specialises in designing and producing a diverse range of stationery products, with a strong emphasis on hampers and planners. Its product catalogue included study planners, journals, notebooks, and various types of drawing books. During my tenure, the company underwent a strategic shift, expanding into the lifestyle segment by venturing into the bag market. This initiative led to the successful introduction of tote bags, sling bags, and budget-friendly pouches, significantly broadening the product portfolio and enhancing the brand's market presence."

Driven by my passion for creativity and inspired by my love for stationery products, I undertook the challenge of designing and creating a digital calendar during my MBA exam preparations. Despite the demands of my studies, I dedicated three months to this project, showcasing my commitment, perseverance, and determination to see it through to completion. The experience not only reflects my ability to balance multiple priorities but also my enthusiasm for transforming ideas into tangible outcomes.
